People are losing their minds over how hot Tim Horton was

Tim Horton serves up more than coffee to thirsty Canadians.

Thanks to Twitter user and hockey aficionado @NHLHistoryGirl  we can now confirm that the late NHL defenceman Tim Horton, and namesake of Canada’s culinary gift to the world, was a total smokeshow:

Damn, someone call the Royal Mint, cause it looks like we found a rare Canadian dime. This being the digital era, of course the internet wasted no time in proclaiming their love for all of Tim’s bits:

Horton played for 24 seasons in the NHL, and was  part of the first group of players to be named one of the ‘100 Greatest NHL Players’ in history. He co-founded our main cultural export, Tim Hortons, in 1964, before passing away at the age of 44 in a car accident. Now his memory won’t just live on in his sterling playing career or his doughnuts, but also a fearsome six-pack of pure Canadiana.
