United Airlines lost (and eventually found) ScHoolboy Q’s dog

ScHoolboy Q landed in California. His dog was sent to Chicago.

The PR firm responsible for Satan’s own preferred airline, United Airlines, probably hasn’t had the most stress-free year, but now they’re going to have to work overtime to mollify the fanbases of both hip-hop (sizeable) and dogs (99.8% of humanity).

Already deeply unpopular among musicians, the reputation-challenged airline somehow managed to put Schoolboy Q’s dog—named Yeeerndameanon—the wrong flight. Luggage is one thing, but losing a dog requires a special talent for ineptitude. Guess that’s how United manage to keep putting those numbers up.

ScHoolboy was traveling with his beloved Yeeerndamean from Missouri to Burbank, California, and is dog was somehow switched with another during a layover in Denver. Q arrived in Burbank to find the wrong dog, and his ended up in Chicago. “I plan on suing,” Q said to CNN, before United said in a statement that they’d rectified the situation Friday evening.
“Our customer’s dog was safely reunited with its owner Friday evening. We have been in touch with our customer to sincerely apologize for this mistake and are providing a refund,” the airline said, a situation which I’m sure they would have handled swiftly and promptly even if the lost dog hadn’t belonged to a famous rapper with a long social media reach:

Twitter users were volunteering to provide a crack squad of their own in response to the lost pupper:

The A-Team was ready to put in some work, but they’ll have to stand down for now. Or sit, as the case may be.
