Danny Michel talks Paul Simon and the Clash in new episode of ‘Influenced’

Danny Michel, a musician, songwriter, and producer with 10 of his own albums to his name, talks how ’50s and ’60s reggae influenced his work in this week’s episode of Influenced. He’ll also perform hit singles from his album Black Birds Are Dancing Over Me in his favourite intimate Toronto venue.

Influenced focuses on the fascinating stories of emerging artists in different musical genres and takes a look at the biggest influences in their musical careers. Blending documentary and video flow, each episode follows a different artist or band culminating with a live exclusive performance.
