PREMIERE: Watch Glory Glory’s new video “Where The People Are”

Halifax hypnagogic-indie poppers Glory Glory’s new single, “Where The People Are,” sees the band building on the hazy sound of their 2014 So Long EP, and it’s obvious the four-piece has made some bold sonic strides since. “Where The People Are” now comes complete with a suitably kaleidoscopic video, which we’re premiering below.

Glory Glory’s trademark reverb-soaked synth pads and delayed tremolo-picking are in full effect, but “Where The People Are” adds some fuzzed-out low end and even more pop proclivity to the chillwave playbook. The music video sees the fresh-faced Glory Glory boys navigate (super-imposedly, anyway) their hometown streets through a psychedelic, multicoloured haze. Check out “Where The People Are” here:
